Based near Bath, I have over 15 years secretarial experience predominantly in estate agency, legal and medical. I possess many related qualifications including GNVQ Business, RSA IBT2, RSA CLAIT, RSA Word Processing I & II, RSA Audio Transcription Typing I & II, Text Processing I, II & III as well as Legal Processing II and Medical Processing II. I have also hold ILEX Level 3 Professional Diploma in Law (obtained 2006).

The Level 3 Professional Diploma in Law and Practice is a broad-based, practical introduction to Law and Legal Practice. It requires that students achieve across key areas of Law and Legal Practice (ie mandatory Law units consist of: Contract Law, Criminal Law, Land Law and Law of Tort).

I am experienced in many a variety of software including producing presentations in PowerPoint. I have also used Dreamweaver and WordPress used to update, maintain and amend websites, and am also able to produce templated responsive websites for clients.

I have 10 years experience as an audio typist as well as working as a Paralegal for 2 years for which I produced contracts, met with clients and drafted agreements. Working in the legal industry taught me to ensure documents produced are word perfect, work alone efficiently and productively as well as working with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
